Open the frick up Dan. You CANNOT be so afraid of getting hurt or looking stupid that you remain guarded in your relationships. I only tell you this because I love you. :) Tough love, yeah, thats it.
It's a scary scary thing to be COMPLETELY 110% vulnerable, but thats life, my friend. And thats what make incredible life long relationships. :)
haha, as a girl I sometimes feel the same way. But if you have this negative outlook you will never find the right person for you. Stop looking and enjoy those around you, this is the only way to truly act like yourself and meet those who accept you for who you are.
